Hello! Good to meet you. I’m a Strategy & Operations leader and freelance writer/editor.

Until November 2022, I led global performance improvement initiatives at Twitter as a Senior Program Manager on Twitter’s Operational Health & Effectiveness team. In the past, I’ve served as a Director of Strategy for a national women’s nonprofit, strategic communications consultant, and business writer/Founding Editor of The Lean Post at The Lean Enterprise Institute. I also develop edit books on the future of work.
